Styrkar Braathen is a very experienced modelbuilder and have been interested in modelrailroads for many years, starting in H0-scale(1:87), building Norwegian prototypes.
For some years ago he moved to a bigger scale, Scale 1, (1:32), to create his masterpiece. The result, so far, is a big modular layout, with only scratchbuild structures, featuring real buildings, structures and equipments from a Norwegian Branchline, in the periode with steam and diesel.
Styrkar has worked as a professional modelbuilder for many years and are educated as a photograph, with many photo- and videojobs in the bag.
